Vivio ‘Name Me’ Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The competition is open to residents of Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland & UK.
  2. The competition will run from 29th July 2021 to 30th November 2021. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
  3. To enter, please complete the entry form at https://scopehealthcare.ie/viviojunior-name-me-competition 
  4. The winner will be chosen on 1st December 2021. They will be notified by direct message or return email.
  5. The winner will receive an annual family pass to the Zoo of their choice within Ireland & UK, plus a VIVIO Junior goodie bag.  No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  6. The winner agrees to the use of his/her first name and age in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Ireland & UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  7. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  8. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by both Irish and English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland and England.
